How do I visit a home?

You can explore homes either in person or virtually. To schedule a virtual tour, go to the specific listing page of the house and click on the "Virtual Tour" button, or contact our team for a link.  Not all units have a virtual tour but still reach out!

How do I take a virtual tour?

Visit the dedicated listing page of the homepage and click on the "Virtual Tour" button. If a virtual tour is unavailable, please contact our team for assistance. Not all properties offer a virtual tour.

How do I tour a home that is coming soon?

Touring Coming Soon homes are arranged on a case-by-case basis, as these homes may still be occupied or undergoing updates and inspections. Contact us to check availability. Once the process is complete, the home will be open for tours and/or move-in. You can also apply for a Coming Soon home and secure it by paying a hold fee. Learn more about our application process.

Can you look inside a home before you sign anything?

Yes, you can view the interior of a home before signing. Navigate to the home's dedicated listing page to see photos and, if available, take a virtual tour.
