How do I sign my lease agreement?
We will email your lease agreement for eSignature once details are confirmed. Follow the on-screen directions to sign.
What’s the difference between a hold fee and a lease agreement?
A hold fee reserves a "Coming Soon" home until it's ready. A lease agreement commits you to live in the home and pay rent.
How much is the hold fee?
The hold fee is $500, payable within 48 hours of application approval. It is applied to move-in charges if you sign a lease.
Is the hold fee refundable?
No, the hold fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed. It is applied to move-in charges if you sign a lease.
How do I pay hold fees?
