How soon can I move in?
Once your application is approved, funds are received, and the home is ready, your leasing agent will guide you through the move-in process.
What are my move-in costs?
Move-in costs include a security deposit, administrative and move-in fees, and rent for the current month. For move-ins after the 19th, costs include next month's rent.
How do I pay my deposit and move-in fees?
Deposits must be paid in certified funds. Move-in fees and rent can be paid online if more than 7 days before move-in.
What if I can't pay my security deposit within 48 hours?
The home will be placed back on the market. Contact your leasing professional to reapply within 30 days.
What if I can't move in within 30 days of submitting my application?
You must sign a lease and take possession within 30 days of applying for an available home. Review our application process for details.
Can I move into a home on the weekend?
You can move in anytime after your lease start date.
When will I receive the keys to the home?
Keys are provided before or during the move-in orientation. Your leasing professional will provide access instructions.
Can I request a later move-in date?
You can move in anytime after your lease start date, but the lease must start within 30 days of application.
Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can have on the property?
Parking is managed via a parking license, with limits based on local requirements. Boats or trailers require approval.
