Do not use any electrical devices or open flames. Open windows and doors to ventilate. Once the situation is safe, call 202-747-6555 ext. 0 to notify management. |

To avoid being charged for a false emergency call, please only call the emergency line for true emergencies. For all other maintenance requests, use the Resident Portal.
What Is Not an Emergency?
The following are examples of non-emergency maintenance issues. These should be submitted through the Resident Portal and will be handled during business hours.

| Locked out of unit | If after hours, contact a locksmith at your own expense. If during business hours, submit a work order via the Resident Portal. |
